I've always been obsessed with how exercise and nutrition affect our health. I'm an exercise specialist. I'm not a doctor or dietician and, while I believe science has it place, I prefer alternative methods wherever possible. To me, prevention is far better than cure. I am proud to say that our household is completely organic and chemical free and I wish that for every household. I believe it's time to go back to grass roots and to find health and beauty in life, naturally.

Just a quickie!
Getting a late start to today's post because technology failed me today! My mouse and my keyboard refused to work with my rechargeable batteries for some reason. Eventually, much to my chagrin, I had to go and buy normal batteries just so that I could access my computer. They will end up in the recycling bin eventually but still, I feel so bad buying them! Given my late start, there isn't time to type the blog I intended to type so I thought I'd just send you a little organic info to start your week off.
